Reservations of Rights

In the event that Playdom exercises this right and discontinues the availability of a game, Playdom will not refund to users any monies paid for the purchase of virtual currency or attributes (e.g. points, energy, health, chips) or virtual goods (collectibles, avatar attributes, weaponry).
Complaints and Notices

owners who believe that their rights under the United States Copyright Act have been infringed by acts of third parties over the Internet with ways to protect their rights.
