Welcome to Playdom - where players rule. By accessing and using our

you) is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for information and notices concerning our collection and use of your personal information. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Playdom. As part of providing you the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. Charges and Billing
In some cases, you can use a stored value (gift card), credit or

Content Rights
"Content" means the software,
communications, images, sounds, and all the material and information perceived or made available from the Services, whether provided by Playdom or by users of the Services. Content also includes any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Services, other Content, or the Site, including any responses provided through user surveys.
You acknowledge and agree that all Content, including, without
limitation, all accounts, characters created, and virtual items or in-game currency acquired and developed as a result of game play, are the sole and exclusive property of Playdom and may be used by Playdom (and/or its affiliates, publishing partners, distributors, licensors and licensees) for any purpose, including for commercial or promotional use. You agree that you may only upload or otherwise transmit on or through the Services Content that does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and you represent and warrant that any Content you do transmit will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If you are deemed to have retained, under applicable law, any right,
title or interest in or to any portion of the Content, you agree to and hereby do assign solely and exclusively to Playdom all of your right, title and interest in and to such Content, without additional consideration, under applicable patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark and other similar laws or rights, in perpetuity. If such assignment is ineffective under applicable law, you hereby grant to Playdom the sole and exclusive, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, sell, transfer, transmit, publicly display, use, and practice such Content, and to incorporate the same in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. character or any other Content that Playdom specifically gives you notice may be posted on other websites, on your own personal website or on a third party website so long as the website where the link resides complies with all applicable laws, does not obtain any rights to such Content other than a non-exclusive license to post it at your direction, and does not in any way infringe the rights of a third party.
Playdom representatives may monitor certain Content on the Services,

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or your
access to any or all of the Services at any time, for any reason and we have the right to terminate your account for what is, in our sole discretion and determination, deemed to be a violation or breach of these Terms of Service.
In the event your account or access to the Services is terminated,
suspended or canceled, whether by you or by Playdom, you will not be entitled to any refund nor will any credits or in-game items (e.g., points in an online game) be credited to you or converted to cash or other form of reimbursement, and you will have no further access to your account or anything associated with it (such as points or in-game items). If your account is terminated or suspended by us, we also have the right to terminate or suspend any of your other accounts.
The Services are Available "AS-IS"
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and
we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful components. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Waiver and Severability
The failure of Playdom to enforce any right or provision of these
Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that the rights granted and obligations made
hereunder to Playdom are of a unique and irreplaceable nature, the loss of which shall irreparably harm Playdom and which cannot be replaced by monetary damages alone so that Playdom shall be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you.
Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the
laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.
Other Jurisdictions
Playdom operates and controls this application from its offices in
the United States. Playdom makes no representation that this application is appropriate or available in other locations. The information provided on this application is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject Playdom to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
Reservations of Rights
Playdom reserves the right, on no less than 30 days prior notice
published in the applicable game, to discontinue the availability of a game through a particular platform (e.g. MySpace, Facebook, iPhone) or entirely. In the event that Playdom exercises this right and discontinues the availability of a game, Playdom will not refund to users any monies paid for the purchase of virtual currency or attributes (e.g. points, energy, health, chips) or virtual goods (collectibles, avatar attributes, weaponry).
Complaints and Notices
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) provides copyright
owners who believe that their rights under the United States Copyright Act have been infringed by acts of third parties over the Internet with ways to protect their rights. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied without your authorization and is available in this game in a way that may constitute copyright infringement, you can provide notice of your claim to Playdom's Designated Agent listed below. While using $tealth you will appear on the visitors list as a "guest", but will still flash between owner color and the color power that is enabled (or the color power that takes precedence if you've enabled more than one). An example is if you had blueman, and pink enabled while using $tealth you would appear in the guest section of the visitors list while flashing between the owner color and blue. If you have no color powers enabled while using $tealth you will flash between the owner color and the guest color (green).

Users who are gagged can not disrupt the main chat, and can only start private chats/messages with people who've added them as a friend. Unlike bans, gagging does not block all of the users accounts, and it does not allow the user to report an unfair ban. Gagging does not prevent a user from banning or kicking.

Examples of misuse of the power include: boot to inappropriate chat, booting a spammer to a chat, trying to make your chat popular by booting people to it.

This power allows owners to make Guests/Members moderators for anytime between 1 minute to 24 hours by PCing the user you want to be a temporary moderator with /m* . Replace * with the amount of time in hours you want the person to be a moderator. Decimals are acceptable. Examples: /m1.5 (One hour and 30 minutes), /m.1 (6 minutes), /m20 (20 hours). If the "tempmod" is signed in while their mod status expires, they will remain moderators until they change their name/avatar, sign in and out, or attempt to kick/ban/un-ban/guest/member someone (Making their moderator status after their time expires almost worthless), after which they will be made members. If the tempmod is signed out while their mod status expires, they will be members upon return (Unless of course the chat was reset, or someone made them a guest while they were away).
Update: Temp moderators can NOT make or unmake members. They can make temporary members if they have the tempmem power.

This power will prevent members and guests that you haven't added as a friend from starting a private chat with you (Unless they're xat staff). Anyone can respond to private chats you've started with them. Note: Mods or owners can always pc you, even if you have NoPC turned on.

This power removes the star from your "pawn" (Or heart/cross if you're Married/BFF'd) while still allowing you to use all the registered and subscribed features (Such as (eyes) and #glitter). Using this power will make you lower on the visitors list. This power does not remove the registered name that appears at the top of your account window when users (Including yourself) click on your name, or hover over it. If used in conjunction with subhide, this power will remove the "registered" message from your account window. For instance if you have both enabled it might say "On xat BFF" instead of "On xat registered BFF". Note: If you are not using subhide then "Subscriber" will still appear in your account window.

This power prevents audies from being played after people (Including yourself) use a message containing an audie. Instead you'll hear the ordinary beeping sound. Audies will still play if they are clicked on.

If you hover your mouse over custom (Uses a direct link to an image) avatar, or a default xat avatar, it will enlarge to around four times it's normal size, allowing you to see it more clearly. Other users can zoom in on your custom avatar even if they do not have zoom. Zoom does not allow you to zoom in on xat emotions.

Gives you the ability to ban members and guests for an extra 2 hours on any chat you're a moderator. On most chats this means you can ban for any time between 0.01 and 8 hours. On chats the have the Gcontrol power your ban time could be different. This power will only work in chats you're a moderator on.
[edit] (subhide) - Hide subscriber (Black star)
This power makes the star/cross/heart on your "pawn" black (Instead of the gold/red that it would be while you're subscribed) while keeping all the normal subscriber abilities (Such as glitter, the subscriber only emotions, etc.) This power also replaces the "Subscriber" message in your account window with "Registered" (Or removes it completely if used in conjunction with reghide). Note that users can still tell you're subscribed by clicking on your name and clicking "Powers".

This will make you appear higher on the visitors list than people who have the same status as you (For instance If you're a member you'll appear higher than other members), unless they also have topman, have purple, or are married/BFF to a person of a higher status. You'll still appear lower than "friends" of the person viewing the chat if you're the same status. You'll also appear lower than people appear to themselves, since everyone appears to be on the top of the visitors list to themselves. If someone else on the same status as you has topman, then who is the top of those people will be determined by: Whether they have a BFF/Married person who is higher; whether or not they have purple power; whether or not they have a short name; whether or not they're on xat or online; whether or not they're using reghide; and ID number.

Allows you to use the (allpowers) emotion, and the golden egg hat. To qualify for allpowers you need to have at least one of each available standard power. Powers that are limited in quantity, epic, or "New" are not required. Unlike other powers, other users can not see whether or not you have the allpowers power enabled when they click on your name and click on "Powers". You can not trade allpowers by itself. If new powers are created that you don't have, you may lose allpowers.

In Mobsters 2 Vendetta, your beloved brother has just been killed and it is up to you to avenge his death. How will you do it? Can you do it? Are you man or woman enough to do this? Strap on your brass balls and let’s get cracking.
Like the original game which first appeared on myspace in July of 2008, this sequel takes virtual mobsters out of the scene of the crime. Instead of visiting a few US based locations players in Mobsters 2 Vendetta will be traveling to other locations, virtually of course.
What’s new in the sequel is a question many fans have. First is the ability to climb the ranks quicker, I played 3 hours and zoomed to level 10 real quick. Second the ability to add to that mob quickly, I have 18 friends who have joined my virtual mob. If a player’s name offends you or is not pg-13 players now have the ability to report players with a bad name.
There are plenty of new fun missions for players to do such as muggings, selling contraband, rigging a fight, take out a killer, and raid a rival mob’s warehouse. Those are a few of the quick missions you can do before level 10, and for each mission there are the four different mastery levels which earn you a Godfather point.
Godfather Points come much quicker here, which is great. It’s easy to refill your energy with Godfather points so you can climbs through the levels easily. With more energy to do mission the faster you climb and the more money, you make by doing those missions.
It’s also cheaper to open a bank account. I opened mine with a little over 8,000 dollars. I only stashed the money there after I had bought some territories in the Mobsters 2 Vendetta game.
Another cool feature of Mobsters 2 Vendetta happens when you go to purchase the territories you do not have to have tons of cash in your hand. The game will take it from your bank account if you have one opened and have the balance in there.
What is not to love in this cool game? God Father Points come easier, you level up faster, the graphics are cool, and it is Mobsters 2 Vendetta. You know, part 2 of the smash sensational game that took myspace by storm last year. However now you can only play it on facebook.
